Timeline GFX respects your right to privacy and has therefore implemented the following practices in regard to any information we may obtain about users of our products and this web site.

When you order from us, we collect limited personally identifiable information from you such as the mailing address and only the information required to fulfill your order. Since we use PayPal for all order and sales processing, they (PayPal) handle and maintain any banking or financial information you provide to them. We believe this provides you with added scurity and privacy for your protection. If you order one of our products or services, we will collect and maintain your name, e-mail address (if you provide it to us) shipping address, telephone number and product selections. We collect this information in order to efficiently process your order, to communicate with you about your order and to send you promotional materials. If you do not wish to receive promotional materials please notify support@timelinegfx.com and your name will be promptly removed from our list. If, however, you authorize us to send you promotional materials, we reserve the right do so by using either the e-mail or the mailing addresses you provided. From time to time we may notify you of special promotions, new products or services, or other information that we believe may interest you.

Your privacy and trust is important to us. We guarantee Timeline GFX does not, and will never, sell or provide your contact information and or any information that we gather and use to do business with you, to any third party for any marketing and or solicitations whatsoever.

We may at some point in time contact you to request that we would be granted your approval to allow us to use your name and or company name, as an end user of our products for the promotional material we develop for Timeline GFX, but never without your permission first.
