System Requirements

Windows xp to Windows 7 compatible (probably prior to XP as well, but we have not tested on an earlier system) / Mac OSX compatible.

We are in the process of making all of our clips to be delivered by download only. But for now the only clips/volumes available for download are the Lights and Streaks Volume #1, Silhouettes Volume #1, Fluids Volume #1 and Animattes Volume #1. Every one of the ChromaKeyed Green Screen Volumes and the Comp's Layers Volumes are provided in the mail on a DVD-ROM in the QuickTime™ Animation codec with embedded alpha channels. You must have QuickTime™ installed on your computer to use any of these products. Free QuickTime™ software is available from Apple™ on their website at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

Please refer to your preferred editing or compositing software for specific details about working with movie files with a prematted alpha channel.

About the Green Screen Pre-keyed Clips

The green screen / chroma pre-keyed actors clips have been shot in the High Definition Industry Standard screen size of 1280 x 720 (DVC-pro HD, 4:2:2) quality. NOT HDV.
Actual Clip details are: QuickTime™: Animation / Quality: Maximum / Frame Rate: 59.94 FPS. / Alpha: Embeded, 'Matted' (not 'Straight') Frame Size: 1280 x 720 pixels.

The TGFX watermark is only on the previews on this site. It is not on the products.

Why High Definition 1280 x 720 and not 640 x 480 or 720 x 486 or 1440 x 1080 or some other size?

In our testing of use in many professional and novice real world scenarios and in considering the compatibility of a wide variety of editing systems and softwares used by you the end users. We found this size and format to be the ideal balance between production, data size, price and performance. We do not plan to offer these products in standard definition. If you would like them in standard definition, simply use your preferred software to export them into another size and ratio for your certain projects.

About the Motion Graphics.

Every Motion Graphic in our library is provided with an embedded alpha channel right into the clip or layer. Except for the "video background" and the 'background image' when provided . So when you see the "video background" version you are looking at the flat version of all of the layers provided to that composition already put together. Every layer created and designed for use in the Comps and Layers Volumes are provided separately with an embedded alpha channel so you can use them individually, or in any other combination of layers you desire.

About the preview movies

All of the previews have been greatly reduced in quality. What you will be getting in the products is high definition as stated in the About the Green Screen Pre-keyed Clips. Some of the preview files have a dark grey checker board and some have black. We chose the checker board for some of them because the amount of black in the actual image would be difficult to see against a black background.

Purchase and payment options

We have chosen to use PayPal as the process to purchase for many reasons. #1 reason is your privacy and security. It also provides you with a quick authorization of your purchase especially if you have a current PayPal account. Though you do not need a PayPal account to purchase through our PayPal Checkout process. You can use any major Credit Card. Or if you decide to create a personal PayPal account you will have the option to via ATM debit and a direct transfer from your checking acount as well. Timeline GFX will not be given any of your private banking, ATM or credit card information. We hope that added security to you, creates increased confidence in your purchases with us. All of your options will appear to you at the checkout process.

Product Delivery and Order Processing

We offer standard ground delivery via USPS in the Continental U.S. Domestic Express, Overnight and Intrenational shipping is paid by you, according to your preferrence at time of check out. If another package carrier is requested please contact us prior to making your purchase so we can make sure we provide you with the delivery options you desire.

Shipping schedule of purchased products are: Any orders or purchases made will be processed within 24 hours. Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day unless otherwise arranged or agreed. If you have special orders with time frame requirements please notify us in advance or at time of purchase by emailing us at sales@timelinegfx.com

The media files are far too large in data size to provide them in a downloadable option at this time. Only the free single movie files are available through download.

Chroma Keyed Green Screen Volumes and the Comp's Layers volumes are available on DVD-ROM only via mail or express delivery options. Please be sure to select the proper shipping type and method at your time of purchase (during check out via PayPal). If you have specific shipping requests please inform us via email at sales@timelingfx.com prior to completing check out if it involves additional shipping charges of any kind.

The DVD-ROM discs carrying the final products are stock DVD+R discs at 4.5 gigabyte single layer or dual layer 8.5 gigabyte sizes in plastic DVD cases. No formatting is applied to them. The products are burned to the disc as data archive formats. To use them, simply load the DVD-ROM into your computers compatible DVD / CD tray. Open the disc volume on your computer and copy the QuickTime™ movie file to your computer or external hard drive. It is then available for you to begin working with.

Product Warranty or Guarantee

If the DVD-ROM disc of any volume or single purchase is damaged or unreadable, we will gladly provide you with a replacement disc. (does not apply to system or software incompatibility issues with your computer or software.)

Master Bundle Purchase and the external hard drive it is provided on.

The Master Bundle #1 set is just under 300 gigabytes of tools in total. We are currently offering this bundle and this bundle only on an external hard drive. The hard drive minimum specifications we will be delivering the Master Bundle #1 media on is a USB 2.0 7200 RPM external. The manufacturer make and model of the hard drive we will be providing will vary due to, orders, inventory on hand at Timeline GFX, inventory on hand of any manufacturer or authorized reseller and pricing. We are authorized to change this product delivery arrangement at any time. If we do change this arrangement and you are purchasing the Master Bundle #1 then we will notify you in advance of completing your order to allow you to decide if you wish to complete the purchase regardless of the bundle being delivered on an external hard drive or DVD-ROM discs. As we see it, we are not charging you anything additional for the hard drive and the price will be the same regardless. We just thought it would be an added benefit to you to just plug it in and get started.

We offer no warranty or guarantee on the hard drive provided once it is recieved by you. We can only replace the media/products of Timeline GFX that are stored on it in certain cases. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and experience in using the Timeline GFX product line. We hope this hard drive delivery of our media is an added asset and experience to you in purchasing with us.

Due to the delivered nature of this media being duplicable and under the Limited License Agreement. No refunds can be made or offered on any purchase of products after the products have been shipped from our door.
